no promotions , no prasie for a job well done, no respect, Most of the experienced people have left the company or have been let go. there is a push for outsourcing most of IT and of the few who are left they are waiting for the word that there next, it's makes for an environment of distrust and low moral, which from what I see everyday, that seems to be ok with management, mainly because they are in the same boat , not knowing if there next to get the boot.
