      Pros

      The benefits are great, there are strong career growth opportunities, and I appreciated the trust employees are given to manage their own schedules. That flexibility helps create a better work-life balance.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy and complex decision-making processes make it difficult to drive projects forward. With too many people involved in key decisions, accountability becomes diluted, leading to slower execution and frustration across teams.

      Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

      Cons

      While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
