      Great environment, no micro-management, good team dynamic (everyone wants you to succeed), perfect for a self-starter type of person.

      Cons

      most of the requirements tend to be very challenging (not necessarily a con).

      High quality people working hard to deliver on tough targets. Very profitable. Sophisticated management approach with high levels of reporting and governance. Strong leadership.

      Cons

      Need to map process and understand business more successfully before committing to change and or investment. Priorities change and the implications of business decisions not fully understood or recognised.
