Pros

From the well-placed workspaces to the cozy lounge areas, every detail has been carefully considered to create a productive and enjoyable working environment. The office is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for both employees and visitors to move around comfortably. A highlight is the relaxation area, equipped with a ping pong table, PSP game console, and comfy couches, offering a perfect space for employees to unwind and recharge.

Cons

It would be nice to have a balcony :)

One of the most compelling aspects of working at TCG are the great products the company offers. Overall the business model is very positive.

Pros

Excellent Work-Life Balance: I've been working at TCG as a part-timer, and I must say that the company truly values work-life balance. This has allowed me to manage my work commitments alongside my personal life effectively. Supportive Team: The team at TCG is incredibly supportive and welcoming. From day one, I felt like I was part of a family, which made my transition into the company seamless. Flexible Hours: TCG offers flexible working hours, which is a huge plus for part-timers like me. It allows me to juggle my other commitments while still contributing effectively to the team.

Cons

Onboarding Needs Improvement: The onboarding process could definitely use some improvement. When I joined as a part-timer, I found the onboarding to be somewhat lacking in terms of providing a comprehensive understanding of the company's culture, policies, and expectations. Strengthening the onboarding process would help new hires integrate more smoothly into their roles.
