Pros

Very intellectually challenging work that sets anyone up for a great exit, if desired. Good comp/benefits for the industry as well.

Cons

Long hours, but nothing out of the ordinary for market access consulting. Management can be young and inexperienced sometimes with minimal partner visibility.

Pros

Great client work and exposure to market access landscape, will set you up for great exits long term. Internal growth opps aplenty, but do require being strategic with projects/teammates you get placed on. ~2-3 projects at a time. Projects are mostly well paced, spread out, manageable 75% of the year.

Cons

Highly demanding work in fourth quarter, >70 hour weeks with >3 projects all asking for bandwidth. Can feel like a collegiate environment because everyone is similar in age which is great but... seniority presence feels like its missing.
