Pros

Interesting projects and exposure to various pharmaceutical clients

Cons

The management is difficult to work with. It really is a hostile work environment, with terrible, inexperienced leadership. The biggest mistake I made in my career by far was choosing to work for this company. If you are a remote employee you have little room to grow or make mistakes. The managers primarily (MH) will smile in your face and stab you in the back. An almost laughably terrible work experience. Expect long hours, with upper management taking credit for your work, and mistreating you regularly. This place is an HR nightmare, and I would not be surprised if a lawsuit was coming in the future.

Pros

Get to work with really intelligent analysts/associates

Cons

Poor management, extremely high turnover, ethics are dubious because management seems ok with misconstruing data
