Pros

Working for Dedham was the best career decision I could have made for myself. The exposure to top oncology agents is an incredible experience. Managers have your back and want you to grow and succeed and the projects you work on are high impact, have visibility from senior pharma leaders and engaging with top KOLs is rewarding. I learned so much here and the skills I developed will be with me for the rest of my career and the relationships I have made are extremely valuable.

Cons

Long hours is par for the course in consulting. If you manage your time and are a good team player, you will be just fine.

The management is difficult to work with. It really is a hostile work environment, with terrible, inexperienced leadership. The biggest mistake I made in my career by far was choosing to work for this company. If you are a remote employee you have little room to grow or make mistakes. The managers primarily (MH) will smile in your face and stab you in the back. An almost laughably terrible work experience. Expect long hours, with upper management taking credit for your work, and mistreating you regularly. This place is an HR nightmare, and I would not be surprised if a lawsuit was coming in the future.
