Pros

-Met a lot of great coworkers -Health, dental, & vision benefits -A unique job if you want something outside the norm

Cons

-Everything else with special note to: -Management's mistreatment of employees -Double standard of management forcing the employee handbook down your throat but never following it themselves -Stripping power from team leaders that resulted in them being understaffed and unable to give breaks -Rewarding abusive customers with free games after berating an employee to the point of tears -The abhorrent mismanagement of COVID reopening that left questions as to the legality of it

Pros

The facility is clean, the concept of the job is great, and the buildings you work in are very nice. When you’re brought on they’ll give you a pretty sweet gift bag.

Cons

Firstly when you’re hired they want you to write good reviews on google and trip advisor for them so I wouldn’t be surprised if they did the same on Indeed and Glassdoor. There is A LOT of favoritism especially for those with a fairer skin tone if you know what I mean. The company expects for you to be 1000% committed to a job that does not pay well. Management will attempt to fire you despite great performance (especially if you aren’t the right color) and on top of that team leads have no leadership skills whatsoever. Oh and if you’re looking for a job that ends at the time indicated on your schedule you’re at the wrong place.
