Pros

Fun atmosphere, and a pretty easy gig. sit in a room for an hour, then rapidly reset a room.

Cons

Religious tones in company mission, vision, values and instruction. (For example, "We endeavor to honor God" is part of one of the values, and as part of training we were given multiple hour long videos with religious themes to watch. Additionally I've heard managers are required to attend some sort of Christian lecture/sermon) Discriminatory practices. Unreasonably tight reset times for preparing rooms for guests. Little if any room for vertical growth (despite growth being one of the 6 values). Rooms break all the time, yet the position of Game Quality Manager remains unfilled after more than a full year. games would not run if it were not for the ingenuity of Team Members and certain Team Leaders (myself included). No backup items in the case of lost or stolen game items. Constant shift alterations. Potential wage theft, requiring team members to remain clocked out on breaks shorter than 15 minutes. I could go on.
