Pros

It's fun work in a fun industry. You do a lot of customer service, people management, maintenance and creative problem solving. There's always new skills to learn

Cons

The schedule is all over the place. It's typically open 8am-12am daily and managers are expected to be reachable at any point. You might work 8am-5pm, or 5pm-1am. The pay is also low in comparison to other retail type managers.
