      Pros

      Great colleagues, very dedicated to the work that they do. Great trainings in diversity, inclusivity, and an overall drive by the organization to better support the communities that they serve. FT also has comprehensive volunteer training.

      Cons

      Low salary, as is the case with many nonprofits. Some members of management not receptive to need for organizational change to support growth.
