Pros

It used to be a good company - the administration before was appreciative of staff. Not true now!

Cons

Poor management (COO, CEO)...poor benefits package (esp. health ...no pension). Cut-back on vacation/personal time. Payroll has never been able to provide accurate info in ADP (so the information is manual - via email). Major con - no appreciation of staff. Who can afford to pay rent, etc when there isn't even a cost of living increase!

Pros

While the premise of the organization is to assist those individuals who may have physical/mental challenges acquire employment; additionally, they are able to provide a multitude of auxiliary services to get those same persons back onto their feet.

Cons

Unforunately, "POLITICS" play a major role in determining what staff are deemed eligible for promtoion. It's comparable to "high school:, where your not in the "in - crowd", your out. Leadership is over run with incompetence and it's truly a shame because they take advantage of those that are less fortunate and capitlize on their misfortunes thru revenue.
