• too much politics. • administration has an addiction to micromanaging. • if you upset anyone, be prepared to hear rumors spread about you with the intention of getting you fired or investigated. • administration makes it hard for you to do your job. • no sick days, you have to use your pto for everything in regards to missing a day of work. • no overtime. • be prepared to be discouraged a lot. any idea you have will most likely be shut down. •you’re supposed to get a raise every year you’re there, they do not do that. • lots of favoritism. • policies are constantly changing. • they’ll ask you to be a team player a lot, you’ll be stuck working 3 different positions but questioned as to why your work is not done. • overall, it’s just too complicated, too political, too clique-y, and too stressful.

The cons were this environment was very messy! Management was extremely messy abs horrible to some employees. There is no structure you can take a break however long you like they won’t say anything because they don’t wanna lose employees. They will write you up for something that happens months ago if you call off.
