Pros

Working to improve the lives of the offenders is extremely rewarding. I enjoy coming to work each day. Staff for the most part are fantastic to work with and they are always helpful.

Cons

The only con to me is my position requires a degree, the other teaching positions don't require a degree yet the pay is the same.
