It's a good starting job if you want to learn what the field is set up. A great starting point of a job for someone in mental health

Cons

Very few chances for raises in salary Overt Racist employees and practices Unprofessional Behavior among security No enforcement of company/corporate policies. Management is obviously uncaring toward concerns of subordinates. Obvious favortism toward individuals of only certain skin tone or family relationships.

Pros

Certain staff that I worked with made it pleasurable. I worked with different culture which I found to be enjoyable.

Cons

The Corporate Office in Boca Raton are only out for there own needs. I seen it many times at the facility I worked at, that also includes the HR Dept at Head Quarters...Boca Raton. There was one person that caused so much havoc not only to me but other employees that she was reported many times, but the Corporate Office would blame it on the staff, not on her. I've never worked at any Company that didn't care at all about their employees. George Zoley truly needs to reevaluate who he has on staff at Boca Raton and the facility and prisons that are owned by him.
