TOXIC High turnover even for mid level and upper management There is a department head that quits once a month Vindictive I was told my manager was coming after me in which I chose to resign and the same manger that was sabotaging me was fired 3 weeks later Incompetent staff and management Incompetent Warden and HR Low pay for management, but front line staff can make an indefinite amount of money Violation of civil rights Expected to come in on weekends with no pay Security changes as much as someone changes their underwear Staff meeting are pointless because they are no changes More than half the staff is compromised with many of them being in leadership No true grievance system for employees if wrongfully disciplined because they will side with leadership in the facility NO TRAINING AT ALL UNLESS YOU ARE SECURITY. So be ready to be thrown to the wolves and fail. Don’t complain about lack of training or the remainder of your time you will be tormented, ostracized, ridiculed, mocked, and BULLIED util you are pushed out. Many other things that are transpiring in that demonic place that I won’t speak on as it may be used against me. But stay away! Far far far far away.
