Pros

The culture of this workplace is beyond anything I could have thought of or imagined, I've prayed for my future co workers and boss, for a good healthy situation. This place and the people here all have such a heart of love, joy, and peace, and it radiates through every "good morning!" and intentional question. Everyone truly wants the best for one another and it's beautiful. Other than that there's typical fun things happening like a bake off, a clothing swap, monthly organizational meetings + lunches, birthdays are heavily celebrated, etc. It's awesome.

Cons

I think being a nonprofit is hard to keep up with corporate compensation standards, as with any nonprofit organization. But were getting better in that area!
