      Pros

      It’s an easy job and a lot of down time to do whatever you want. No effort needed to work there just do your presentations when ever you get a customer.

      Cons

      It’s a franchise, they have no experience on how to run a business or train the staff. There are no advancement opportunities unless you have the money to open your own franchise. The pay and commission is not that great. It is mandatory for everyone to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays too.

      Pros

      Its decent pay for someone who is young. But make sure you nail down EXACTLY what your hourly wage will be before their expected commissions for you. They like to spin what your hourly rate is based on hypothetical sales that have not taken place yet. I was told one rate and actually found out that I was totally spun by the manager.

      Cons

      They insist on you using their exact sales pitch. I don't mean the information on the product either. I mean their slick salesman pitches, telling men they look sharp, you love someone's blouse , etc. They do not want you to deviate from what they perceive to work. I was also floored at the attempt to make someone who had no foot issues, try to find an issue and think they could talk them into this expensive product. It is really like every other mall kiosk (yes, they have a little mall kiosk and expect to be seen as a trustworthy), they pull people in and sell them something that they are trained to sell after 1 day of training. You expect people to drop $1200 for something that most of the sales people were not even confident that they knew how to fit someone properly.

      Extremely Rude Upper Management to Not Only Staff but Customers too

      Pros

      The products did offer pain relief to some customers who were very grateful for the time we would spend with them when the product worked. I just wish the product was reasonably priced so people at all income levels could also benefit.

      Cons

      Late paychecks, No benefits, work every Saturday, lack of moral compass, store policies
