Business Outlook
Pros
Great potential for earnings with uncapped and very lucrative commision structure. Base pay+commission. Hours are better than Banking Hours.
Cons
Really can't think of many tbh the only thing that might be considered a con is that when the slower months hit the uppers from Colorado kinda panic and micromanage but it's honestly nothing worth complaining about since they deserve to be commended for how great they're management is not complained about at least that's my opinion.
