There are some awesome people to work with in the office & factory. There was a good bit of change and growth occurring within the company during my time there that was both challenging and rewarding. There was a definite positive direction the company had moving forward.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities regarding position, salary, or benefits. Often push-back from franchises meant too much compromise or individually focused tasks. Being a smaller office means less focused job tasks, often somewhat out of your department.

The owner need a course in business management! He does not know what he is doing, this place is very unorganized, people get fired all the time, or quit because of the unreasonable behavior of this company! If the owner does not like you he will fire you in the spot, with our notice, no verbal warning, written, no one to say hey you should work on this, to be a better sales rep. I saw the owner come in the store, shake someone hand guess he did not like his handshake and told the supervisor to let him go! No second chances. And the worst part about it The products don't work, it's a scam!! They take customers $1200.00 plus some of these people are elderly And on fixed incomes, And when the customers try to return them because they don't work, there are no returns!!
