Misleading scripted high pressure sales

Really none that I can think of.

Cons

You have to subject yourself to their brainwashing form of training so you will just manipulate the customer not serve them. They demand you recite their script without any deviation. They don't want you to have that much product knowledge so you can actually serve the customer instead of just fleecing them according to their business model.

Helping people with real life issues. The inserts really help allot of folks

Cons

Said is was a soft sell but if you dont hit your numbers your out. Used car mentality. You have to manipulate folks to purchase over priced supports. The company wants to be know as a premium arch support and with the margins they have they are defiantly heading the right direction.

Managers are selling managers and have to reach the same target as employees if you don’t reach your target possible termination .A lot of unethical behaviors in the workplace.
