You have great people to work with and for. You have great hours making for a great work / life balance, especially for retail. You have great product that truly works. You get paid well to help improve people's quality of life.

Helping people that really need it. Great product Good pay Decent benefits

Unrealistic sales goals set on market spend instead of actual results improvement Sleezy sales tactics No investment in your training and continued educations No fun culture Franchise is broke and manages you to fix that instead of focusing on getting product in the right hands You must work every Saturday unless you take PTO role for it. If you get sick, your sales goals are still the expectation. Promotes going to work sick. Little care for people. No bereavement pay or jury duty pay. Only holidays are Christmas and Thanksgiving A lot of knee jerk reaction changes as opposed to thoughtful planning to se you up for success.
