Pros

Pros were the money was good (as long as they weren't messing with the brackets). At first, I really did believe I was helping people with the product.

Cons

Expectations are constantly changing. Management will scream at you in front of others. You could do the job exactly how they want it, and they will find a reason why you messed up.

Disappointed.

Pros

- Decent commission if sales are made.

Cons

- No 401k, despite what job posting says. - Ability to make sales is dependent on if owner advertises. - Goals are nearly impossible to achieve across the board. - Advertised income (55k to 70k) is not accurate, even at the stores with the most foot traffic. - Extremely high turnover. - If you do not perform well in one month you will be let go. - Favoritism shown to employees that can talk the talk, but don't actually perform well for the bottom line.
