Good product. Friendly environment. That's it

Cons

The commission system is god awful. They pay less than minimum wage. The create a hostile work environment between sales associates, by having them fight to keep their job. Any failures to meet quotas will result in termination.

Mission and values of company are clear & are enacted in the culture of the group The products are great

Cons

No encouragement of healthy work/life balance, high expectations of availability outside of office hours, low salary, low PTO, not great insurance options. No bonus structure for office side, bonuses depend on sales teams performance and discretion of CEO. Very little flexibility on remote work options or office hours for lower totem pole positions. Constantly being told the office employees have no value; that the the value of the company only lies with the sales teams. This contributes to low morale.
