Isn’t long term. Bad turn over rate for employees. Schedule is very inconsistent. It comes out late in the week without planning or knowing the days off you have or not to plan your life. Management is no transparent whatsoever, they micromanage everything that doesn’t need to be, hence the revolving doors of the employees. Managers only care about being better than you if you’re a threat. No growth at all, or change ever. Money hungry people. No benefits, crappy pay if it’s a slow month which is likely. Sometimes you will work up to 9-10 days straight because of the improper scheduling management will put up and expect you to take.
