This company is amazing, it's not all about the money! They actually care about every customer that comes through these doors! Pay is great but the atmosphere at the store is the best! There is never any animosity between anyone of the employees! it's a big family here and everyone has everyone's back! i love working at The Good Feet Store! I don't ever see myself leaving!

I started knowing nothing about arch supports and had not been successful at sales in previous jobs. But as with anything a job is what you make of it. I discovered a passion for helping people. I discoved a product that is extremely effective. And I invested my time into learning. Strong process for success, if you do as taught. Great hours, great pay.

Cons

Huge learning curve. Sometimes unpredictable customer traffic.
