Terrible management.The turn over rate is ridiculous .You see co workers come and go your told numbers aren’t a factor of job security .

Great pay Relaxed store environment PTO and sick time available Uncapped monthly bonuses You can move up in the company pretty fast in one year I went from ASM to GM

Micromanaged a lot You work everyday sometimes even on your days off Added on workload that is not part of your contract They say open door policy and no retaliation “things are confidential” but that’s a lie everyone knows when an issue is brought to upper management and who it came from Sale expectations are unrealistic especially now due to covid Weekly sales expectations are ridiculous, if not met you will be fired Corrupt upper management Lots of secrets and never transparent with staff, will let you know things last minute or before it can even get fixed Super picky if things are not done exactly how they want it it’s a problem

Management is on you constantly, just not me. One District Manager can't train everyone in the Houston market, either though he tries. 4 stores spread out in Houston
