      Good Feet Midwest has been a great workplace where leadership genuinely cares about employees. The commitment to personal and professional growth is evident with ample opportunities for learning and development. Contributing to a product that positively impacts lives is both motivating and fulfilling. The work-life balance has been very refreshing as well. Overall, it's a great workplace that prioritizes employee well-being, growth, and collaboration.

      Pros

      You'll change lives for the better and watch 100% of customers toss their "custom" arch support products in the trash. The Good Feet products work. It's a "feel good" job.

      Cons

      The location suffered from poor leadership. Store managers changed with the weather.
