Pros

I was very skeptical when I came onboard. I have been surprised from the first day. They truly cared about my development. The pay has been honest. They have kept all of their promises. I was worried because they had a lot of management without a lot of experience. I quickly realized that it was only due to growth. They have a solid core of experienced leaders that have been here for years.

Cons

I have no problems with this company.

Pros

Good pay, some good people to work with in store and I loved helping people

Cons

They have ungodly goals. As someone who has opened new stores for a few companies this was the worse. After being open 9 months we finally got a side of the road sign I had begged for. They still have broken and missing pieces in the store that was never given or ordered for us. We begged for an exterminator to spray cause bugs were god awful but were just given big traps instead. We fired all 3 of us original store employees within 4 weeks of each other after HUGE growth. We were not allowed growing pains of a new store in a new city where no one knew us. We are never given resources unless you know you have to have them which is almost impossible because if they don’t like you they make plans for your store with everyone else behind your back and leave you out of the loop meaning you have no idea the resources you need. Overall just not a place I’d recommend to work. Good pay but it’s not worth the headache. I had a family emergency and while at the hospital had several higher up’s messaging me to get stuff done immediately.
