Working at The Good Feet Store's corporate office has been a great experience. The positive work culture has been supportive, collaborative, and genuinely inspiring. One of my favorite perks is the flexible hybrid schedule, which allows for a great work-life balance and makes coming to work even more enjoyable. It’s clear that everyone here loves what they do, and that energy is contagious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fulfilling and motivating work environment!

Cons

Aside from the occasional commute a couple of days a week, I have no cons to report so far in working for the company.

I started off in sales back in Aug 24 and it was my first serious sales position. I definitely did not have the greatest start but my coworkers, managers and directors really helped guide me and support me so that I was able to succeed and start helping customers. Around March 24 an amazing opportunity opened up and thankfully they like to promote from within and that's where I am today. I have never felt so much love and support at a company before, sales in general can be a tricky business but the leaders of this group truly focus on bettering everyone and ensuring the success of anybody who works here. No cold calling, no outsourcing your own clients, working in a building with snacks provided! I would 100% recommend anybody to work here if you like sales or helping people! :)

Cons

Sales in general can be rough, off seasons get quite slow.
