It was disclosed by hiring manager that some individuals were not considered based on their physique. Unless you want to work for old entitled white conservatives, I would recommend steering clear. They work you 40hrs, discourage you from taking your 10minute breaks and encourage working through your lunch if it means you make a sale. They talked poorly of our coworkers in front of us, including discussing personal health and medication situations in front of everyone. If we stood up for ourselves, yelling and threats of being fired occurred. No benefits, employees hired for management positions receive no opportunity for growth.
