Pros

None - toxic environment where your employment is subject to the owners whims

Cons

Too many to list, constantly lowered commissions, any excuse to cut pay. Terminations on a whim

Pros

Hours are fair. Employee discounts were nice.

Cons

They say they care about the customer but it's all about sales. If the customer doesn't like the product, too bad! No returns unless they call corporate and then it gets deducted from your commission. I went days without a sale, not because I can't sell, but because people feel pressured to buy into the total package rather than the one insert that fits them well. It's a rip-off for the customer to spend on the low end $400 and high end $2000 for a total package all for a hard piece of plastic that needs a long break-in period.
