Pros

Small Family business. Everyone is a needed and a valued member of the team. Everyone works hard to satisfy the customers. You can readily see the impact you have on the day to day workflow. A young and energetic company that has grown into 4 locations in the last 8 years...expanding product line.

Cons

Some growing pains with new products is expected.
