We do have some of the best staff and supervisors in the industry. We also offer clinical supervision and on-going training to limited licensed staff. CEU hours are abundant for those with full licenses that need hours for their on-going license renewal. We are very happy that you mention the advancement opportunities at TGC. We are very proud of the fact that many of our leaders throughout the agency have been promoted from within some starting as interns. Hopefully, you are finding that the paperwork, now electronic record, with a new system to be much more manageable. Your review was written almost two years ago. We have since engaged a team of staff members to help us design the new system and process flows. Thus, far the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Yet we are always seeking ways to further improve and would invite you to share any ideas you may have to further improve. You also have the ability to earn more money based on your performance with the clinical incentive program enhancements.
