Pay is similar to other agencies in the area. Benefits are okay, flexible hours, no children on Fridays.

Cons

Absolutely no support from center leader. A fellow teacher was told it's her responsibility to control her children when she asked for classroom support for children with extreme behavior issues. No one has your back. I was there 4 months and the only team meeting we had was because someone contacted licensing due to asbestos concerns. Lots of gossip among staff. There's no consistency with staff following rules.
