Pros

Excellent benefit package that is far superior than peer companies. There is a concern for maintaining a proper balance of work and family. Salaries are better than peer companies.

Cons

Antiquated systems in place. "Offshore partners" make so many mistakes that it takes time away from personnel in various departments to correct. The company is ultimately losing money in this scenario. Bring the jobs back to the U.S. and put competent people in place. There are too many steps to do almost everything. Even though effort is made to keep caseloads lower, the numerous steps and platforms it takes to maneuver in order to get a task completed offsets that benefit.
