Horrible systems; outsource of work to a company based in India (EXL); very little opportunity for advancement; if not in Howell or Worcester, employee perks are uneven - weekly emails and internal portal showing what takes place in these two offices really distorted from other office's parties and celebrations; very little internal training; no recognition of employees achievements such as years of experience and accomplishment. No attempts to try to improve moral.
