Pros

Flexible approach recognizing today's work life balance. Great talented people that truly want to be there. Strong relationships with distributors. New strategy focused on taking the company to the next level.

Cons

Some organizational changes taking place and company is coming to grips with some expense challenges. That's not a bad thing but may have some impact on operations as things evolve.
