Pros

Coworkers are supportive and encouraging to work with.

Cons

No room to grow, you can reach a certain level in the regional offices but once you reach an Underwriter status there are no promotions.

Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits. The people I work with are great.

Cons

Not as flexible as the appear to be, hate being tethered to a phone that tracks every second of your day and simply going on break late or the bathroom too much cause adherence to be off which in return management has to discuss with you. They "give" you 80 hrs of sick time but if you over 40 hrs, you get a verbal and written warnings that could result in termination. Had to be a working mom and take sick time for kids than when you get sick you don't have time for yourself.

Pros

The comany has great benefits, the position pays fairly well for the job, and the team feel like a large family, the company is fantastic if you can get a position that is not in one of the call centers.

Cons

The call center environment is stressful, the expectations for the position can be reached but it is almost imposible to exceed the expectation, and management tends to focus on performance more than going above and beyond for the customer. They do care about the customer experience, but not to the point that it is more important then your call statistics.
