      Disappointing because of reorganization eroding the corporate culture and devaluing employees.

      Pros

      Good benefits, competitive salary, strong company financials. Good people for the most part. Local management is above average. Company focus on property/casualty is strong and enhances the brand.

      Cons

      Management increasingly devalues employee contributions. Crushing workloads. Very little appreciation for contributions and successes. The work environment has significantly eroded over the past several years as an influx of former Hartford Insurance Company executives and employees has changed the culture.

      Good health insurance benefits, flexible working locations, on-site cafeteria.

      IDE efforts feels forced, low pay ranges, doesn't provide proper resources for the amount of work.

      Pros

      They are partial to the talented and creative. They promote community service and try to show appreciation to employees. There is a lot of great talent in senior management and they are relatively accessible.

      Cons

      Middle management lacks creativity and are often out of touch with their associates. They are big on autonomy, but the downside of that is a lack of feedback from immediate managers.
