Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits. The people I work with are great.

Cons

Not as flexible as the appear to be, hate being tethered to a phone that tracks every second of your day and simply going on break late or the bathroom too much cause adherence to be off which in return management has to discuss with you. They "give" you 80 hrs of sick time but if you over 40 hrs, you get a verbal and written warnings that could result in termination. Had to be a working mom and take sick time for kids than when you get sick you don't have time for yourself.

Pros

Benefits, 401k company matches 6%. Coworkers are awesome. The location is good. Base salary is pretty stinking good. I like cheese and they serve cheeses items in the cafeteria

Cons

Favoritism, inconsistent. cafeteria could use more selection. They need a smoothie bar. Lower management needs more backbone. Training program is bad.
