Pros

Great work life balance, learning opportunities, and the culture is very positive. Everyone understands the overall goal and is on the same page.

Cons

Difficult to move within the company due to the current changes taking place . They want to attract younger employees which they will not retain due to this.

Pros

Perfect work/life balance. You would never need to take your work home but if you did need to, they would accommodate with overtime pay. Great benefits and work environment.

Cons

Company is going through some major changes for the better. This could be a viewed as a negative.

Pros

Work-load is manageable. Current mgr is interested in, and responsive to, workers' concerns/suggestions.

Cons

Claim system (as is usually the case at a multi-line insurer) is a general system mostly tailored to liability and auto claims. Work comp application is an afterthought.
