Pros

*Meeting some amazing and talented people. *Hybird work from home program *very flexible *Engagment commitment ( picnics, lunches, ERG's)

Cons

This company lacks diversity but acts as though they care about it. I say this because the leadership positions you have all the same type of people, white women. Also I saw a lot of nepotism in my 4 years of working there. I watched the department I was in hire in unexperianced workers who worked only in retail, bakery, and even a pet store. But would look over a referral who was over qualified for the role. I don't trust this company

Pros

Work from home IF you live more than 25 miles from office

Cons

This company has went downhill severely in the last few years. Once a great company to work for but now it’s a nightmare , demanding management with no regards for work life balance, ridiculous expectations implemented on workloads, disrespect and humiliation from upper management, stressful and unimaginable expectations put on loyal long time employees.

Pros

Still has decent benefits and growth potential

Cons

The pay is at the low end of the industry standard for Claims staff. The work environment and the benefits have gone backwards. There used to be a much more comfortable environment. They eliminated all remote positions. People that have been remote for 20 years now have to report to an office if they live within a 25 mile radius. They no longer contribute to your HSA and the health insurance options have been reduced. The cost of health insurance also gets increased each year. Attrition is a major issue and they are always short staffed and add extra work to everyone's desk, but continue to base everything on metrics that were made for normal workloads.
