There is zero loyalty to long time employees. They are dishonest and underhanded. They pride themselves on being an ethical company, but they are anything but ethical.

1. Underwriting is only half the job. They are more focused on the sales aspect. So it's really a sales job. 2. You are compared to your peers when all regions aren't equal.
