Pros

Um… let me think of one or two because there aren’t many… Decent starting PAY. Remote work available.

Cons

•Managers that are so ancient, they could’ve founded the Hartford. (the Hartford was founded in the 1800s) Hypercritical, constant write ups on issues that weren’t previously disclosed to a newer agent, e.g., Company provided headsets are cheap and way too small. Wearing quality wireless headsets, worth five times the company provided ones, a terminable offense. They install moles in their training classes. They track every single key stroke. They set you up to fail. Then they get a tax credit for it. Brilliant work, guys.

Insane Micromanagement

Pros

Decent Pay, Standard Working Hours, Decent Benefits, Internal Advancement Opportunity Between Departments

Cons

Insane micromanagement. They have a report that you cannot use a mouse clicker to avoid where keyboard and click activity is tracked and how much time you spend in each system. They review it in your annual reviews and you have to maintain 70% plus productivity in workplace applications. Worst place I've worked.
