      Pros

      Work with lots of great and talented people. Some of my favorite people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      - Overworked and understaffed. Recent layoffs are based on finance driven formulas and asenine staffing equations where contractors don't count for the equations, so the company overburdens certain people with no regard for their well being. - Executive leadership doesn't care about the people anymore at all. I've lost faith in them entirely. - Back in the office 5 days a week with badge tracking. - Pay is okay, but the benefits are poor. - Company gets worse and worse all the time at product management. We are shedding good product leaders left and right.

      benefits are nice, can get a decent amount of pto if you stick around

      Cons

      management sucks, poor scheduling, way more is expected of you than can be realistically done with a skeleton crew.
