Pros

The Home Depot offers a low-price guarantee, beating competitor pricing on identical items. You can also retroactively price match within 30 days of purchase if an item goes on sale.

Cons

Because stores are sometimes understaffed, getting expert advice on the floor can be difficult, with some employees requiring further training on specialized products.

Pros

Stable, for the most part. Good benefits

Cons

They are clearly looking for excuses to trim down. They will get nitpicky and upset over things that quite literally do not matter (a misspelled word for a project that's still in development and hasn't been through any proofing rounds yet). This is corporate on a different level with ideas that do not make sense
