Pros

uncapped commission however at the mercy of the client. Client I worked for is a huge conglomerate and would rather hire themselves so submitted hundreds of candidates and never heard back.

Cons

High turnover, nowhere to grow & move to, leadership is lacking, toxic work environment, unreasonable WFH restrictions based on performance that is again at the mercy of the client.

Internal changes causing uncertainty

Pros

Current manager allows for quality work/life balance. Pay is competitive. Holiday celebrations. Many chances to donate/give to charities. Internal ERG groups help create feeling of inclusion.

Cons

Benefits are not up to par compared to other companies especially with very little 401k match. Newer leader causing low morale. Technology changes causing internal strain - however change is necessary as there are many systems. Recent downsizing causing job uncertainty.
