Judge has one of the most established book of clients that I have ever seen. They are known in the industry for their integrity and morale in an industry that sometimes can be so saturated with greed and taking short cuts. The managers here take the time to make sure you are hitting your goals and are where you want to be. My manager believes that he is only as successful as the recruiters are on his team and he drives us constantly to keep our eye on the prize. it is like a family here and its hard to find offices that click so well in this type of business when it is high strung and fast paced, but we mesh together well. judge keeps you busy and challenged with how many job orders that come through our clients and theres never a moment where you are bored or feel lack of incentive for your hard work. managers will always show you praise where it is due and my coworkers always help each other if needed. your hard work really pays off here and you genuinely have fun every day along with making a lot of money if you hustle.

Cons

long work days, but this is something that is needed to be successful in this industry, you wont work out here if you dont put in the time (or anywhere in staffing for that matter) i dont have anything ill to say about judge
