      Pros

      Great company culture. Employees have been with Judge for 15+ years across the board. If you work hard the company will reward you for doing well.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, but not horrible either.

      Judge Group India : Wonderful company to work with

      Corporate environment. Professional culture. Good Incentive structure. Quarterly budget for employee welfare is good. Planned career growth for all the employees.

      Cons

      Currently have operations only in Noida they should expand and open operations in other cities of the country as well.
